F.I.R.S.T. Call Housing Consultants are a community regeneration, advice and training consultancy established in 1995. Our head office is in South London, with staff and consultants throughout England and Wales.
Our team offer a wide range of services to tenants in social housing, RSLs and local authorities. We are also a Section 16 agency approved by the Housing Corporation to undertake work funded through Tenant Empowerment Grants.
We are currently working with a diverse range of communities in urban and rural areas such as Adur, Bracknell Forest, Brent, Eastbourne, Hackney, Havering, Islington, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Rhonnda Cynon Taff, Sutton and Wealden.
We are "Investors in People" and ISO 9001 accredited in respect of our policies and procedures. Our work with residents was also recently commended by the Government in the Housing Green Paper "Homes for the Future".
